Non-ionic Alkylphosphine Oxide Detergents

APO detergents are non-ionic detergents that are useful in two-phase separation and purification of proteins.

APO 10 has been used for plasmid DNA isolation.

Plasmid DNA isolated does not require the use of phenol/chloroform or

proprietary resins. APO 10 provides excellent yields of high quality DNA.

Plasmid DNA can be sequenced through difficult regions without the need

to subclone into single-stranded vectors.
